On the last leg of her Asia tour in Thailand, International Monetary Fund IMF Chief Christine Lagarde acknowledged worries among Asian nations, over possible impacts from the continuing economic crisis in the eurozone.
Speaking at an economy conference in Bangkok Thursday, Lagarde said unlike what was expected in 2010, the economic recovery has been "tepid and worrisome".
The IMF chief added, that the growing risks are likely to influence IMF revised world economic outlook set of numbers, which is to be published on Monday.
Prior to Thailand, Lagarde visited Japan and Indonesia to discuss eurozone crisis and monetary issues.
