Canadian police officers searching a river at a park in Mississauga, Ontario discovered two severed hands Friday, their third such find of body parts in as many days.
The hunt for body parts, clothing and other evidence began when hikers in a park found a partially submerged foot on Wednesday followed by a police search team scooping out a woman's head in the Credit River on Thursday.
Police believe it is a grown woman based on the nail polish and the foot's size, but cannot confirm until they receive DNA test results from the Centre of Forensic Sciences.
In a similar case that happened two months ago, a human head was found in a Montreal park in July belonging to Jun Lin, a Chinese student who was killed and dismembered in May by Luka Magnotta.
