A seven-year-old boy in Jiangyou city of southwest China is 60 kilograms overweight with a waistline measuring 110 centimeters.

Worried about his health, little Yinze Fengyi's parents finally decided to put him on a strict diet and will not give in to him crying and begging for food.

His parents are also seeking medical assistance to help their boy lose weight and have a normal childhood.
