In a bid to avoid water distruption during the festive season, Syarikat Air Negeri Sembilan Sdn. Bhd, SAINS has initiated a 24 hour hotline.
And so far, the response has been positive with water distruption being addressed effectively and efficiently.
Besides the toll free 24 hour complaint hotline, SAINS can also be reached via SMS or email.
According to the Head of SAINS call centre, S.Visnu Priya, during the 2010 festive seasons some 12 thousand callers have contacted SAINS.
The figure dropped significantly to only 7 thousand last year recording a 50 percent improvement.
She also said that SAINS had successfully addressed 98 percent of the complaints received.
