The Kuala Lumpur Petty Traders Action Council will be filing a suit against organisers of all three Bersih rallies for loss of income.
Its Chairman, Datuk Jamal Mad Yunus said, a legal team consisting of 100 lawyers were in the final phase of compiling and examining all complaints forwarded to the council.
"We will seek legal advice from our lawyers and file the suit in court soon," said Datuk Jamal.
He added that the group which call themselves Bersih 4.0 would be organising a gathering at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium on June 23rd as a show of protest against the Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections.
He claimed 150 thousand people are expected to take part in the carnival-like event.
On May 24th , the group was forced to cancel its plans to set up stalls in front of Bersih chairman Datuk S. Ambiga's house in Bukit Damansara after DBKL intervened.
