Three friends were killed last night, after their car crashed into a drain at Jalan Seremban-Jelebu.

The trio, who worked at the Seremban Department of Occupational Safety and Health, died on the spot.

In the 11 pm incident, the Proton Wira driven by Mohamad Shahrizal Ngah, was reported to have lost control while negotiating a bend, and hit another car on the opposite lane.

The impact caused the Wira to spin several times, before crashing into a ditch.

Mohamad Shahrizal and Mohamad Nazri Baharudin were prinned inside the car while Mohd Azrul Abdul Rahmad, who was in the back seat, was thrown out of the vehicle.

Meanwhile Noor Huda Mohd, who was driving the other car with two of her children inside, was sent to hospital, after sustaining injuries to her head and chest.

Her two children escaped unharmed.
