The Breakfast Show team was curious to find out why his parties are such joys to be at – despite having to pay a little sum for the yummy dinner and great company! This time around, ABBA was the chosen theme.

Stripped naked from your ordinary socialite frenzy, he and his team  made do with a large projector and an almost scratchy hi-fi system to amplify the sounds of the 70s which drove his guests to go wild with impromtu karaoke sessions and lots of dancing! (I can still hear Dancing Queen at the background!)

Patrons were encouraged to BYOB, which was fine with us – I was too busy browsing through the affordable fineries sold at his abode! Having just moved to my own pad, little knick knacks came in handy. Flown in from our Asian region counterparts, it saves those lacking in time and monies to get some cool items for your home. I remember walking (funnily) home with 3 giant house lamps, coasters, table mats, trinkets and an empty wallet. Sigh. But it was worth it.
