Nachos Chili Corn Carne

 

Ingredients
Preparation

400 grams minced meat
1 tablespoon butterĀ 
1 tablespoon paprika powder
Oregano
Thyme
5 cloves garlic
6 red onions
50 grams carrot
30 gram leeks
200 grams kidney bean
2 tablespoon flour
500 grams tomato paste
A pinch of black pepper powder
A pinch of salt
Grated parmesan cheese
A packet of Nachos cracker

Heat the butter in a large heavy bottomed saucepan and fry the onion, garlic until soft and golden.

Add in the carrot, leeks and herbs leaves.

Pour in the minced meat and cook until it is dry before adding in the flour.

Pour in the tomato paste. Reduce the heat, and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Add in the kidney beans and stir well.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper powder.

Continue cooking for 5 minutes over a low heat.

Served hot garnished with Parmesan Cheese and Nachos Cracker.
