Udang Masak Lemak dan Nena

 

Ingredients
Preparation

4 cloves of shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 lemon grass
3 cm of ginger
8 small chili
1 red chili
4 cm of turmeric
1 turmesic leaves
200 grams prawn
100 grams diced pineapple
1 cup of coconut milk
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of chicken stock
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of cooking oil

Blend together shallots, garlic, lemon grass and chili.

Sauté the blended ingredients.

\Add in the pineapple, water and coconut milk.

Let it cook for a while and add in the prawn.

Season with turmeric leaves.
