Sayur Asparagus Goreng

 

Ingredients
Preparation

2 cloves of shallots
2 cloves of garlic
4 red chilies
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
100 grams of dried shrimp
250 grams asparagus
Salt for seasoning

Blend together shallots, garlic, red chilies and ginger.

Sauté for a while.

Add in the dried shrimp. Let it cook for a while.

Add in the oyster sauce.

Add in water if necessary.

Season with salt if necessary.

Ready to serve.
