
Thai Green Curry Chicken

500 grams chicken breast ( slice ) |
Blend together the shallots, onion, ginger, chilies, coriander leaves and galangal. Sauté for a while. Add in the lemon grass stick and coconut milk. Stir well. Add in the chicken and let it cook for a while. Season with salt, sugar and fish sauce. Finally, add in the basil leaves and bergamot leaves
