Thai Green Curry Chicken

 

Ingredients
Preparation

500 grams chicken breast ( slice )
4 cloves of shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
2 stick of lemon grass
7 small chilies
2 green chili
5 grams coriander leaves ( minced )
5 grams basil leaves ( minced )
5 grams bergamot leaves
1 cm galangal
1 cup of coconut milk
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
½ cup of chicken stock
3 tablespoon of cooking oil

Blend together the shallots, onion, ginger, chilies, coriander leaves and galangal.

Sauté for a while. Add in the lemon grass stick and coconut milk. Stir well.

Add in the chicken and let it cook for a while.

Season with salt, sugar and fish sauce.

Finally, add in the basil leaves and bergamot leaves
