1 garoupa fish |
Marinade the fish with lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Coat the fish with flour and fry with hot cooking oil. Blend together all the shallots, onions, chili padi, galangal, and tomato with tamarind juice and lemon grass. Fry the blended ingredients and add in the chicken stock. Season with fish sauce, salt, sugar and other vegetables. Finally, pour on top of the fried fish. |
