Kerabu Taugeh dan Kerang

 

Ingredients
Preparation

Salad leaves
200 grams bean sprouts
1 stick lemon grass
Fern leaf
Bunga kantan
Coriander leaves
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fried rice
1 teaspoon keresek
30 grams cili padi
2 bergamot leaves
2 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoon of coconut milk

Mix together all the ingredients with fish sauce, lime juice and “ keresek”.

Add in the fry rice and season with salt and sugar.Ready to serve.
