Sauces

 

Ingredients
Preparation

2 cups of brown sauce
3 shallots
2 cloves of onion
1 can of button mushroom
100 grams black mushroom
1 tablespoon black pepper ( grind )
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoon cream
1 tablespoon melted butter

Onion Sauce
2 cups of mayonnaise
3 shallots
1 cup of UHT milk
50 grams parmesan cheese
1 cup of chili sauce
½ cup of tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoon of butter
Salt and white pepper for seasoning

Fry the shallots and onion using melted butter.

Add in the bay leaves, mushroom and black peper.

Add in the brown sauce and bring to boil.

Finally, add in the cream and ready to serve.

 

Onion Sauce
Mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, tomato sauce and UHT milk.

Fry the onion and let it for a while and add in the bay leaves.

Add in the mix sauces and parmesan cheese.

Slow down the heat, stir well and season with salt and white pepper.
