2 cups of brown sauce Onion Sauce |
Fry the shallots and onion using melted butter. Add in the bay leaves, mushroom and black peper. Add in the brown sauce and bring to boil. Finally, add in the cream and ready to serve.
Onion Sauce Fry the onion and let it for a while and add in the bay leaves. Add in the mix sauces and parmesan cheese. Slow down the heat, stir well and season with salt and white pepper. |
