Prawn Cocktail with Garlic Croutons

 

Ingredients
Preparation

400 grams prawn
4 slice of salad leaves
2 cherry tomato
30 grams of can pineapple
1 capsicum
10 grams alfalfa
A lemon

Cocktail Sauce
2 tablespoon full of mayonnaise 
2 tablespoon full of chili sauce
1 tablespoon full of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper

 

 

Cook the prawn in a boiling water for 2 minute.

Put aside and soak the prawn with ice water .

Slice the salad leaves for decorations.

Serve with cocktail sauce.

For cocktail sauce mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, tomato sauce, lemon juice, salt and white pepper.
