Stuffed Pancakes

 

Ingredients
Preparation

100 grams flour
250 ml uht milk
1 egg
200 grams melted butter
50 grams castor sugar
2 tablespoon orange skin, peeled
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butterĀ 
A pinch of salt

 

Mix together flour, castor sugar, salt and egg.

Add in the orange peeled.

Add in the milk, melted butter and put

aside for half an hour.

Using a non stick pan, melt the butterĀ 

and pour in the batter to make pancake.

Serve with honey.
