Gratined Seafood Toast

 

Ingredients
Preparation

300 grams minced fish fillet
300 grams minced squid
300 grams minced prawns
½ cup cream
1 teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Dill
½ teaspoon Thyme
50 grams Parmesan
100 grams Mozarella
1 french loaf
5 cloves shallots
2 cloves garlic
50 grams minced leeks

 

Mix together fish fillet, squid and prawns.

Fry the red onion and garlic until golden brown.

Add in the seafood and cook until lil bit  dry.

Out in the oregano, thyme and dill. Followed by parmesan cheese.

Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.

Spread on the french loaf and sprinkle with Mozarella cheese and parsley.

Baked in oven for 10 minutes.
