Tower of Mediterranean Salad

 

Ingredients
Preparation

50 grams fish cube                              
50 grams crab meat
50 grams squids
1 tomato
1 mango, dice
1 green capsicum, dice
20 grams alfalfa
1 big onions, minced
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Vinaigrette Sauce
Vinegar
3 tablespoon oil
Basil leaves
A pinch of salt
Sugar, white pepper to season

Cook the fish cube, crab meat meat and squids in boiling water for 2 minute.

Drain and mix together with lemon juice and white pepper.

Add in the mango and sprinkle with sugar and salt for seasoning.

Add in the onions, capsicum, tomato and basil.

Serve together with the vinaigrette sauce.

Vinaigrette Sauce
Blend together all the ingredients and serve with the salad.
