Oven Baked Chicken Breast with Mushroom ragout

 

Ingredients
Preparation

600 grams chicken breast
2 cloves olive
2 tablespoon of paprika powder
1 tablespoon of mix herbs
1 tablespoon of black pepper seed
300 grams baby potato
½ teaspoon of thyme
½ teaspoon of oregano
4 cloves of garlic
Salt for seasoning
50 grams of black and button mushrooms
50 grams of shallots and garlic
½ cup of cream
1 teaspoon of mix herbs
½ cp of chicken stock
White pepper for seasoning
Parsley leaves for garnishing
parmesan cheese for garnishing

Mix together all the ingredients and grilled the chicken until cooked.

Boil the baby potato halfly cooked and cut into wedges size.

Saute the garlic and shallots.

Add in the oregano, thyme and season with salt.

For the mushroom ragout, fry the shallots, garlic and mix herbs

Add in the mushrooms and let it cook for a while.

Add in the chicken stock, parmesan cheese, cream and stir well.

Add in the parsley leaves
