Ginger Chicken

 

Ingredients
Preparation

200 grams chicken breast, slice
3 cloves garlic
4cm ginger
100 grams cashew nuts
4 dried chilies
1 teaspoon of chili paste
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Black pepper for seasoning
1tablespoon of corn flour, mix with warm water

 

Marinade the chicken with sesame oil, oyster sauce, white pepper and corn flour for half an hour.

Fry the chicken for a while and put a side.

Fry the garlic and ginger.

Add in the chili paste, oyster sauce, cashew nuts, dried chilies and coriander leaves.
