Nagasari Prawn

 

Ingredients
Preparation

500 grams prawns
2 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
5 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cm of ginger, minced
5 small chili, minced
2 stick of lemon grass, minced
1 kantan flower, minced
2 lime leaves, minced
2 coriander leaves, minced
3 tablespoon of chili sauce
2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 egg
Salt, sugar and white pepper for seasoning
1 cup of chicken stock
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Mix together the prawn with turmeric powder and salt.

Fry the garlic and add in all the minced ingredients. Stir well.

Add in the chili sauce, tomato sauce and oyster sauce.

Pour in the chicken stock and season with sugar and salt.

Break the egg and stir well.

Lastly add in the fried prawn.
