500 grams prawns |
Mix together the prawn with turmeric powder and salt. Fry the garlic and add in all the minced ingredients. Stir well. Add in the chili sauce, tomato sauce and oyster sauce. Pour in the chicken stock and season with sugar and salt. Break the egg and stir well. Lastly add in the fried prawn.
