Stir-fried Vegetables

 

Ingredients
Preparation

4 cloves of shallots
2 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
50 grams of squids and prawns
50 grams of cabbage
50 grams of broccoli
50 grams of cauliflower
1 carrot, sliced
1 packet of baby corn
1 tablespoon of corn flour mix together with ½ cup of warm water

Fry the garlic and add in the squids and prawns.

Add in the oyster sauce and a little bit of water.

Add in the vegetables.

Pour in the mix corn flour to thicken it.

Serve while hot.
