Creamy Stuffed Crab

 

Ingredients
Preparation

400 grams crab meat
Crab Shell
200 grams prawn
Shallots
Onion
Red chillies
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Evaporated milk
Salt for seasoning
White pepper
Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of butter for frying

Melt the butter and fry the onion, shallots and curry leaves.

Addd in the crab meat, prawn and red chilies

Pour in the evaporated milk, salt, white pepper and coriander leaves.

Leave for 2 minutes.

add the filling in the crab shell and garnish with mozzarella cheese.

Baked in the oven for 5 minutes.

Ready to served.
