
Hot and Spicy Seabass

Seabass fish |
Marinade the fish with lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Mix together with the corn flour, and fry the fish using hot oil. Fry the garlic, small chilli. Add in the lemon grass, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and oyster sauce. Then, add in the sugar adn sesame oil. Lastly, add in the corn flour which has been mix with warm water. Stir nicely and pour in the sauce on the fish. |
