Hot and Spicy Seabass

 

Ingredients
Preparation

Seabass fish
2 tablespoon corn flour
Salt for seasoning
White pepper
2 tablespoon of lemon juice

For the sauce
15 cloves of garlic, minced
10 Cili padi
2 stick of lemon grass
2 tablespoon of corn flour
2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
2 tablespoon chilli sauce  
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of salt

Marinade the fish with lemon juice, salt and white pepper.

Mix together with the corn flour, and fry the fish using hot oil.

Fry the garlic, small chilli.

Add in the lemon grass, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and oyster sauce.

Then, add in the sugar adn sesame oil.

Lastly, add in the corn flour which has been mix with warm water. Stir nicely and pour in the sauce on the fish.
