Lemon Chicken

 

Ingredients
Preparation

400 grams chicken breast, sliced
3 tablespoon oil, for frying
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
2 egg yolks
Salt and white pepper for seasoning

For the sauce
½ a cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoon of chicken stock
Salt and sugar for seasoning
1 tablespoon of corn flour, mixed with warm water
1 tablespoon of custard flour

Mix together all the ingredients and marinade for half and hour.

Heat the oil in a large wok and fry the chicken.

For the sauce
Together heat the lemon juice and chicken stock in a pan.

Season with salt and sugar.

Pour in the mix of corn and custard flour.

Stir until the sauce slightly turning thick.

Pour the sauce on top of the chicken,

Garnish with fresh coriander.
