Lamb Kebab with chickpeas

 

Ingredients
Preparation

Mutton meat ( diced )
5 grams of Rosemary herbs
400 grams dill herbs
50 grams of oyster mushroom
1 onions
1 capsicum ( red, green and yellow)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
2 tablespoon of olive oil
6 skewers

Chick Peas
A tin of chickpeas
1 onions ( slice )
2 cloves of garlic
Curry leaves
6 tomatoes
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper

Fry the coriander seeds, dill herbs without oil.

Mix together rosemary herbs, olive oil. Salt and black pepper.

Marinade for a while.

Using skewer, alternately place the meat, apsicum, onions.

using olive oil, heat the grill pan and grill the kebab.

Chick Peas
Fry the onion and garlic.

Add  in the curry leaves and tomatoes.

Add in the chickpeas and season with salt and white pepper.
