Easy Baklava

 

Ingredients
Preparation

500 grams of spring roll skin
200 grams almond nuts
200 grams  walnuts
200 grams pistachio nuts
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
100 grams of brown sugar
250 grams of melted butter
300 grams of honey

Mix together all the nuts with cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and brown sugar.

Layer the spring roll skin with melted butter and sprinkle with honey and nuts.

Make a 3 layer and roll it like a spring roll.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown at 160’C.
