Tuna Croissants Sandwiches

 

Ingredients
Preparation

50 grams of chunk tuna
50 grams shallots
20 grams coriander
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
50 grams cucumber
50 grams tomato
Salad leaves
Cheddar cheese
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper

Mix together chunk tuna, shallots, coriander leaves and mayonnaise.

Place the sliced cucumber, tomato and salad leaves on the croissants.
