Fish Goujons

 

Ingredients
Preparation

1 packet of fish fillet
2 tablespoon of flour
2 eggs
1 cup of bread crumbs

SAUCE
1 tablespoon of chili sauce
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 boiled egg
Gherkin
2 shallots ( diced )
2 cloves of onions ( diced )

Coat the fish with flour, followed by eggs and bread crumbs.

Fry the fish until golden brown.

Serve together with the mixed sauce.

SAUCE
Mix together all the sauces, mayonnaise, egg, gherkin, shallots and onions.

Ready to serve.
